課程概述 |
Some guidelines:
1. Attendance is mandatory.
2. Papers (properly formatted hard copies, not digital files) must be handed in on time. Late papers will not be graded, though they will be corrected.
3. Grading is as follows: class participation, including homework and preparation (40%); papers (60%). |
課程目標 |
The goal of this course is to introduce some of the main modes of English writing through detailed readings of models by various writers as well as former students, and to give students the opportunity to develop skills through writing papers and other shorter pieces. |
